The staff were extremely professional and friendly. From the front desk to the cleaners to the pool bar- probably the most friendly and helpful I have experienced in my numerous trips to Puerto de Carmen. I have been numerous times previously to various apartment complexes.

We only interacted with the staff on reception and they were very nice Loved the location Loved the view from the balcony Plenty of sun beds We were very appreciative of the courtesy room on our last day

We marked down the cleanliness and maintenance because we had cockroaches in the apartment for 4 days of our stay We reported it to the service desk and they sprayed at night while we went for dinner Eventually on the Wednesday they brought in someone to fumigate the apartment and this solved the problem I feel this could have been done sooner

Dear Mr.Kenefick, Thanks for your comments and time completing our survey. I am sorry that cockroaches have been found in your apartment but, in this regard, I have to tell you that it is not a cleaning or maintenance problem. We have a pest control company that comes periodically and when there is an emergency like yours, to our call. The problem is that ,on these dates, there are many customers (other hotels and private homes) who have cockroach problems and they are somewhat overwhelmed. We are in a waiting list and when the tecnicher has the task assigned from the main office , comes to fumigate Moraña. It is not an excuse (is how it works...) . Again, apologies for this undesirable situation.
